Sales Development Representative, Enterprise

Launched in 2017, HumanFirst has rapidly risen in the Conversational AI space, working closely with teams at Google, Deloitte, Rakuten, Bayer, and various other global organizations. HumanFirst is a data-centric productivity platform for natural language data, designed to help Customer Experience and Contact Center teams find and solve problems with optimizing conversational AI, understanding contact center insights, transitioning to generative AI, and more. We’re building out our outbound sales development motion with the goal of scaling our success with Enterprise accounts. With extensive untapped opportunities in both new business and account expansion, you’ll have the opportunity to be creative in your outreach, while discovering new best practices. What You’ll Do

  • New Business Prospecting - Identify customer experience & contact center decision makers at Enterprise accounts
  • Account Expansion Prospecting - Uncover new use cases with new teams within existing customers
  • Cold Calling - Learn and apply cold call methodology to book high quality discovery calls
  • Multithreading Decision Makers - Leverage relationships and deep research to navigate complex organizations to maximize opportunity potential
  • Process Optimization - Continually test, improve, and refine our messaging strategy and internal processes to create a scalable outbound processes
  • Be a Thought Leader - Embrace data, self reflect, be the source of best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development, cold calling, or related sales roles
  • Autonomous learner, entrepreneurial spirit, coachable
  • You aspire to grow a career in sales
  • You have strong time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to Customer Experience, Contact Center, or AI personas
  • Previously trained on sales methodologies eg. Sandler, Challenger, Winning by Design, MEDDICC, Command of the Message, etc
  • Proficiency to use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Parallel Dialer, LinkedIn Automation, etc.
